Avast Antivirus detecting fling as W32trojan

Recommended Posts

Has anyone had trouble with Fling, in particular fldll.dll and setup_V2.04.exe being picked up as a virus using Avast?

I can't even download a new install file without it being picked as a virus.

I'm sure its a false positive but as yet I have not found how to tell Avast to ignore these files.

Thanks Wayne

I have the same problem with avast! since the VPS update on March 28. I disabled Fling until I have more information from Avast or NCH Software (safe mode...).

New update of Avast, Fling is no more at risk...
