90021204
Hi, I am looking for an application that can play a pre-recorded SIP video message to users when there are no operators available. We are currently using the Kamailio SIP server, if no operators are available, I would like calls to be diverted to an attendant which will play a video message back to the user. There is no requirement for the user to leave a video message. The openam linux application provides this functionality however only for H323. Any suggestions would be appreciated. pythonpoole
I don't believe IVM supports video playback as of yet. Express Talk does have some SIP video functionality but only in the sense that once a call is connected you can use a webcam to broadcast video to the other party. It is not built to automatically answer and broadcast on demand for incoming calls.
