Express Talk V 3.1 audio sounds ugly and make a noisy. then it is lost sound and microphone

Hello Group!

 

I'm new in this group.

 

Problem is:

Express Talk V 3.1 works ok where I make calls, but when I recieve a call then audio sounds ugly and make a big noisy. then it is lost sound and microphone. after this calls is finished
