bollyboy Posted March 14, 2009 Share Posted March 14, 2009 I purchased Burn Plus 3 days ago, i have tried with various burners and 4 brands of Media and none of the ISO's or IMG files i burn will play on my DVD's nor will they play on either of the PC's we have. They either will not load or are corrupt, i tried other software which is fine, the WORST thing i have ever paid for, off now to put a dispute in with Paypal for this crap.... Hi, Could you give us some more information about what exactly happened please? eg: Did the trial work and then when you registered, it stopped working? - What type of disks did you try? (-r +r) - Did Burn encounter any errors during the burns? - Would you like to try a diagnostic version so that we can find the problem and fix it? - Were you only trying to burn Disks from image files?
