Guest new user
I have just purchased an mp3 player and attempted to load audio from windows media player, however, they will not play in their current format. I have attempted to convert the wma files to mp3 using switch but I get a dialogue box telling me that I need a codec or plugin. Can anybody help? nchtj
The wma file may be protected, to do so right-click on the file in windows explorer, and select "Properties". Then click the "Summary" tab, and you will see a field saying "Protected" - see whether it say "Yes" or "No" for that field. If "Yes", you won't be able to convert the file with Switch.
