hornysettler
having real problems getting business edition to work. i have two dids loaded , different providers, one germany one canada. i can call out on the german, but not in, and recieve on the canadian and not be able to call out. it confirms IP ok and sip registered correctly. spent 6 hours loading and reloading to get this far. i tried an x-lite on each did and it works both ways fine. running a netcom wireless modem router with a raplok 2,4gig directional beam accelorator. checked did providers and all ok there . am at a bit of a loss and feel like i might just have wasted $37 . anyone any suggestions? hornysettler
Wow , I am shocked by the support ( lack of it!!! ) from the talk express community , mind you, after reading a number of posts it would appear that lots of people are having similar problems, and not getting them solved either, so maybe the forum is made up with people who couldnt get there product working properly. I hope you all got free versions and were not stupid like me to shell out real money!!!. Hey NCH its a PnP world out there. and people expect good product with back up. Believe me, the grass isnt greener over here , its going rather a brown colour. Im off back to Counterpath where at least you get value for money. RWB
I agree hornysettler... unfortunately I see a lot of posts with little or no response by NCH. Maybe they don't monitor it??? Which says something in and of itself...
