When I click Burn button I get the message that I need to insert a DVD-R,, which I have now tried 3 brands. Any help will be greatly appreciated.. Any help will be greatly appreciated.. Hi, Does windows recognise the dvd's? (when you put in the blank DVD, a window should pop up asking what you want to do with the Blank DVD. Whether you want to write files to it etc) If this doesn't happen, I would try a DVD+R as windows doesn't recognise the disk. If windows recognises the dvd but Express burn doesn't, please do the following. 1. Download the latest version of express burn from the website and give it a try.
