Burning Error, Cannot read from disk

I have been trying to burn a 47 min, 15 sec WMV file to a Video DVD. Everything appears to go smoothly until the very end when it the above error messaeg appears. Note: It says "cannot READ from disk" not "write to disk". The DVD runs fine in my computer but will not run on my home DVD player. I am going to try it on another DVD player to make sure my player is not the issue but would like to hear if anyone else is having this problem. My writer is a Pioneer DVDRW DVR-K17 and I am running XP.

I'm having a similar problem with a data disk. In the lower right corner it says, "Not a CD in drive". The disk plays just fine on my computer. When I try to Copy Disk anyway I get the "Error Reading from Disk" message. Anyone have any ideas?
