text to speech synthesis for simultaneously phone calls

Hi Everyone!

 

My company has been using IVM (ver. 4.02) successfully from the last year. Recently, it was decided to change from one analog phone line to two sip ones. Everything was O.K. except to a case when two persons call and enter information at the same time. IVM process each calls and read/write data from/to our database correctly. Even script (for the last OGM with two variables) is generated correctly according to the entered information (“,, %fname% Your badge number %badge% has been validated. Good bye”). Problem is that these two callers hear the same message with caller’s information who entered it first. Is this a problem with text to speech synthesis for simultaneously phone calls?

 

I should be very grateful if someone could help me. Any ideas are welcome!
