How to load CD tracks WITHOUT Administrator rights

I came across this recently. If you have Nero installed on a PC and you set BurnRights to "Everyone" in Contol Panel, this will allow ALL users to copy CD tracks in Express Scribe. BUT, you don't have to buy Nero to get BurnRights - the software is available as a separate download free from:

 

ftp://ftp6.nero.com/NeroBurnRightsInstaller.exe

 

There's no licence agreement attached to the installer so I assume that there are no restrictions on its distribution. PLEASE let me know if you know otherwise.

 

There's a help file included which has command line options, script options etc etc - all good stuff.

 

We've been installing Nero as a service under the local system account for those poor souls without Admin rights which has worked okay until someone logs off as you need to reboot to get it to run again!
