Permissions and CD Audio

The "Load CD audio tracks" option only works when the user is granted administrator permissions.

 

When the user is granted "power user" permissions (the default, and preferred, permissions setting), the "Load CD audio tracks" option lists no files.

 

Any suggestions?

Anything new on this? Need to have this changed as all my users are Power Users. Doesn't seem like something one would need an administrator account to do. Thanks!
