Modem configuration problem

Hi,

I'm using the synway modem SHT-8B/PCI (with 5.0.2.0 drivers) with IVM 4.08. I've got two problems wit y configuration:

 

* First, IVM can't detect the hang up event (I tried to change time into End-of-Call Detect Delay, but it doesn't work)

 

* Second, I installed some new synthesis voices in my systsem, put what I want as default into the system and IVM. With the simulator, no problem. In a real case, it doesn't work.

 

How can I configure my modem ?
