Voice synthesis don't want to change

Hi,

 

I download some french voices synthesis for my IVR. I select into my OGMs (in "Advanced" tab) the option "Text-toSeepch voice synthesis fo script". When I used the simulator, no problems. But when I want to test in a real case, the default language (Microsoft Sam) is used, never my french voices.

 

I'm running with IVM 4.08

I've also experienced this problem and I believe it is a bug in the latest version of IVM. What you can do is go into the windows control panel and change the default voice to the French voice and that should fix the problem. Hopefully this will be fixed in the next version.

Sob sob, it doesn't work (I restart my desktop to be sure of the settings)

 

My phome modem use SynCti. Do you know some problems with it ?
