lacosta Posted November 6, 2008 Share Posted November 6, 2008 Hello to all I have a problem when I receive a call, the IVM doesn't recognize me the tones DTMF, the sprovider of the line IP, says that the signaling should be RFC 2833 and not in-band. For what I saw in this forum, this software has the option for SIP - Info and in-band. He/she would thank their help a lot the form of configuring this service or some way of solving this problem.
