nexphase Posted October 6, 2008 Share Posted October 6, 2008 We have been using IVM v4.11 for about 2 months, with a BCM Voicemodem (using the latest driver). Just today, we began having this problem. An incoming call seems to work correctly - IVM answers the call and creates the wav file in the correct mailbox. However, the line stays busy. I need to restart the IVM service to fix this. Also, the mailbox does not email the notification!!! I suspect some association between the problems. nexphase Posted October 7, 2008 Author Share Posted October 7, 2008 I have some updates for this myself.... About 2 weeks ago, I setup multiple mailboxes. Again, this has been working until today. I restored the settings to before the multiple mailboxes and all is working correctly, using a single default mailbox. Could we have a corrupted mailbox or something like that?
