Talk express over vpn

I am using talk express for pc to pc connections for my local lan and it works just fine. But I have some remote computers that join the company through vpn. The paradox is that when a remote computer join the vpn can make calls to the local computers. When a local computer attempts to call the remote after 7-8 seconds it disconnects.

 

The vpn is an ipcop with zerina software and the client is openvpn
