ismaelp Posted September 25, 2008 Share Posted September 25, 2008 Hello, I´m evaluating IVM at our company in Brazil. Everything has been working well, besides call and transfer calls. For option "Dial..." IVM dials but the extension´s receiver does not ring. For "Transfer Call..." option the extension´s receiver rings, but the transfer is not concluded after the recipient answers. 09:40:55 Transferring sip call to: 665 09:40:59 Play system prompt: Ringing 09:41:00 Call has disconnected It´s very strange what is going on, because calls make through "Outbound Autodial Calls" are going fine.
