  1. So, it's still an issue, at least with the current Windows version. 🙄
  2. I currently have v4.02 (purchased Mar 2022). Is the Windows version link (not macOS) supposed to upgrade, or ?? When I click it, I'm still seeing 4.02, not the 5.00.

Even with adding a new account, with the correct routing number, account number and password, it does not resolve the issue wherein we're unable to retrieve transactions, reconcile transactions, etc. Continue to receive error message in communicating with financial institutions. Posted issue in another area on this forum.
  4. I am in the same situation as everyone else (see history)... my bank routing and acct # are correct, as is my password and i get error that Financial Institution is not working properly. (What does that mean, as I've contacted them and all is accurate as noted here). Why is it taking NINE years to correct a KNOWN issue, or respond with a fix or that its being worked on. Is there additional banking information needing to be input somewhere else in the software? I bank at Scott Credit Union (scu.org).
