Thanks. Our station has a copy of MixPad and Wavepad. Where would I find instructions for what I want to do?

Hello All, I am a DJ on a community radio station and I make a community calendar. I would like to have a music intro, tell about a local event, music, another local event, music, etc. and then end with a music ending. I am not sure how to do this. Any suggestions? Thanks
