Hi. My uploaded .mp4 and .avi files to Express Scribe play with video and audio but they are not in snyc with each other. They play fine on windows media and other apps on my Windows 10 machine without issue. It's just Express Scribe that won't synch. Any advice is greatly appreciated. Thank you.
