Dear sir. I have download and instal your free program Prism video converter but it show a error message when I try to use it . An instal -on-demand component could not be installed automatically. Please run it from the url then try again.http://ssw.nch.co..au/components/ffmpeg26.exe. I co into this link but could not the ffmeg26 program on the list shown on thos website. The closed program on this list are Ffmpeg23. Will this program works forbthe Prism video ffile converter.
