Good morning all, I can't seem to find the quick and dirty answer to this question by using the search engine. Must not be wording it correctly. I sometimes find large size video clips where I only need a small portion of it for the project. How can I make a separated clip of the small portion and discard the rest of the clip? Thanks in advance. You guys know all the tricks. I have a newer computer with plenty of horsepower, but I don't want to waste the space.

I have been a user of videopad for a while. I have the latest version just updated today 11.7 It is a good value, not perfect but good value. I finally am getting to the point where my videos have to be perfect, not close. This problem has always been an issue for me and that is that when using the ken burns effect, there is always a slight hesitation of about 1 second before the pan goes into motion. I've been using videopad for sometime and I run into this problem every so often. I added a small 10 second audio (only) clip to the project. Now I need to move it to the very front. I put it on a separate track for now and I want to move it to the beginning of the project but when I try to move it it snaps back to the original position. Why? Tbudw
