I have the same problem with voip.ms. I can call their test number and it works fine, but if I try to call any normal number, I right away get the "error other side said : busy here.". The same SIP account works okay with other softphone software, so it doesn't seem like a problem with my network. I have the "Do no use an outbound server" option checked. Any other help troubleshooting this?
