  1. Right, but no matter how long I leave it, the video will be shown as double of its length. It happens all the times with all the files (.mov H264) recorded by the dashcam as well as the videos previously exported by VideoPad (.mp4 H264). No worries. I am working with Support via emails. Could'nt reproduce the issue with 10.36DEBUG. I have installed an older version 10.78. It's working fine. -0-0- Sharing... Support suggested to give 10.88 a try. Got the same issue. I randomly tested 17 versions from 10.09 to 10.96. It appears the issue starts from 10.81. Support has been notified with my findings. It's not I don't wanna share a project. My project is empty, I pull a file to import, it results in a clip at a length double of the original clip as shown in the screenshot. I am not doing complicated video editing. Usually I use VideoPad to trim videos recorded by the dashcam, or concatenate a couple videos together. Think I will work with 10.78 for the time being. Thanks for your help
  2. Thanks for your reply. I contacted Support received advices to to clear the files in AppData and Program Files and reinstalled VideoPad. I tried several times and rebooted. No luck. Version 10.95 didn't work as well. When I installed 10.78 the issue went away. Previously I was using 10.09 . At one point I updated to 10.96 and later discovered the issue.
  3. As shown in the screenshot, the extra minute is muted (and frozen as well). Any idea what's wrong? Much appreciated. https://photos.app.goo.gl/VXheAWPUBBTxzP4E8
