  1. Please check if Debut has permission to access your microphone:

    1. Go to Start > Settings > Privacy > Microphone.
    2. Choose your preferred setting for Allow apps to access your microphone.
    3. Under Choose which apps can access your microphone, turn the individual settings for apps On or Off.
  2. The "Premium" registration gives you a full features license to use a single installation of Pixillion Plus including text captioning, watermarking and the ability to convert more than one image at a time.

    The "Standard" registration also gives you access to all support file formats and batch converting but without added effects including watermarking photos.

  3. MixPad allows you to build a live effect chain on each track. A live effect chain means that any effect you apply will be applied during playback, which eliminates the need to wait for your audio to render with the effect. To create or edit an effect, simply click the Fx button in the track control panel. MixPad will present you with a window showing the list of effects currently applied to the selected track. Click Add Effect to add a new effect, the new added effect will be highlighted which means it is selected and the checkbox before the effect indicates that it is enabled. If you select an existing effect, you can see and edit all the effect’s properties. Select an effect and click Remove Effect to remove the effect from the chain. If you untick the checkbox next to an effect you can disable the effect but still keep it in your chain.

     

    Once you setup the effect chain, you can save that effect chain to a file by clicking on Save Effect Chain. You can also load effect chains into a track by clicking Load Effect Chain.

  4. The first thing to try is recording in a different file type. I encourage you to record in .avi format. As of recently, Debut has allowed the free use of the .mp4 format. If you are having sync issues, try switching the file type to .mp4 in the Record Screen As dropdown menu. (If you are already recording as an .mp4, try reverting back to the .avi) 

  5. Please check if all your sound drivers are up to date. Click the Start Menu button -> search for Device Manager and open it -> expand the Sounds section -> right-click on the items under Sound -> Update Driver. Repeat the same steps on all the items under Sound.

    If you have external headphones or speakers attached, please disconnect them. Restart SoundTap and then reconnect your headphones or external speakers.

  6. Yes, you can apply a payment to an invoice. By default, Express Invoice uses a customer account-based payment. The payment is applied to invoices in the order that they were created.

    To apply a payment to a specific invoice, follow these steps:

    1. Click the Payment button on the toolbar
    2. Enter the Date, Customer, Amount, Method and Reference number
    3. In the Applied column of the invoice list, enter the payment next to the correct invoice
    4. Press Tab or Enter to save your change
    5. Click the Record button
