Is it possible to add an effect that performs a frequency shift? i.e. Add some amount of Hz to each harmonic frequency present, not speed up or slow down in the time domain but in the frequency domain. I'm trying to achieve an effect where the harmonics are no longer integer multiples of each other, if that helps.
