Hi Chris75, Thanks, I am suspecting the Symantec software may be the cause which start scans each time Pixillion launch. Any similar report? BTW, could you confirm that Pixillion is compatible with Windows Server 2016? Best Regards, JWE

When I double click Pixillion icon it takes >20 seconds before I can see the GUI. Same when using command line to convert a file - it takes 20 over seconds to complete. Any clue why it works like this and how to ratify? Thanks & Best Regards, JWE
