I have a another computer. Core i5 7th Gen, Windows 10. Now the .avi is working, but the sound is slow. I also tried .mp4 and the same thing happen. Any help is a appreciated. I am sorry I have Aphasia.

Intel Core i5 vPro, Intel Graphic and Media, 8 Gb RAM, 102 GB Free.

The file is .avi but it loads only 4:56.530 minutes not the 12.1 GB - 1 Hour long. I can load it VLC Media Players and it plays all the way through.
