After conversion no subtitles and no secondary audio track

Having only one DVD to convert to an MP4 file, I wanted to use PRISM (Non-Commercial home) to convert this single DVD, but after conversion I only have one audio track and no subtitle track in MP4 file. The original DVD has 3 audio tracks and 3 subtitle tracks. Is this due to the Non-Commercial version or did I miss a conversion setting? Thank you in advance for your help.
