Thank you for your reply, I have tried to change the display name without success on caller ID. The VoIPCheap software pulls the number from 1 of 6 numbers within the control panel, once a person has set one of these 6 numbers, they must verify it and it can then be selected to be used as a caller ID. I may be out of line here since this feature would obviously be abused, but it would be nice to see something like this in the next release of Express Talk since many people don't respond to withheld numbers. If I could get a second opinion to confirm that there is nothing else I can do about the caller ID problem I would greatly appreciate it.

I have a verified caller ID set up with my VoIP provider (which also seems to work with their software), however when I try to make calls using my preferred client (which is Express Talk), the Caller ID shows up as "unknown" or "unavailable", sometimes it even shows up with various digits like 77777777777 or 32100000000 ... Any suggestions as to how I might get my Caller ID to work? Thanks very much in advance. Also, if it makes any difference, I use VoIPCheap as my provider. Thanks.
