I was most impressed with the playback after burning to CD, however, I realised that the recording was in Mono! Strange I thought, never seen that on any other system, so double checked all the settings and they looked all okay. On sending a message to 'support' I was advised that 'during the step on the Output Format, click the format settings button and you will have the option to set the audio to MONO or STEREO'. Well, that all makes sense except where the hell on this system is the Output Format tag?? I have tried and tried and I cannot find it
