Still having issues with VPad, so I just purchased Debut, which is recognizing video and capturing without any issues. That said, it cannot be a driver issue with the capture card or the VTR DVCAM DSR-11. The desktop is a new HP w/10 so no issues there either. Thanks

Hi, Can you tell me if I need to purchase at least Video Pad Editor Home Edition before I can capture via the software from my Capture Card? You see, I have the non-commercial license but it will not recognize my Capture Card. The error I get is: DEVICE ERROR. IT MAY BE IN USE BY ANOTHER APPLICATION. I'd like to resolve this as I'm trying to digitize a heap of old MiniDV tapes. Thanks in Advance NCH VP Community! SB
