Aussie Hopeful

Tech Support on a new purchase of the Golden Videos program should not have to be paid for.  If I proceed with this request it means that in three days after purchase I will have paid nearly double the cost of the program before achieving any success using it.  Either the program works with Windows 10 or it doesn't!
