I have a bit of problem trying to get IVM to read from a CSV file, and add the numbers to the outbound OGM with a predefined OGM, eg: +6591234567&ogm=voice; I can do the above if I just wanna initiate a outbound call for just one number. But I can't seem to be able to do so for multiple numbers. Other plugins found on their page such as GETDATA, GETDATAX, and FINDDATA can be used to extract numbers from the CSV file, but I can't seem to add multiple numbers to the outbound OGM setup with the predefined OGM. My biggest problem is that when I tried to do so, all the numbers can be added to the outbound OGM setup, but they all end up with the default OGM rather than the predefined OGM that I've added to the number. What I need from you is a plugin for NCH IVM similar to the alreadily available "outbound.exe" on their webpage, but instead of just initiating 1 outbound call, I need the plugin to be able to read from a CSV file and add the numbers to the outbound calling with a specified OGM. Please contact me with any other questions that you might have. Programming language used would be either C/C++ or VB, as the SDK is written in C/C++. Is tech support or forum support for Axon and IVM really that bad? Anyone? Around? Please? Help?

I'm having difficulty configuring outbound.exe, NCH plugin, to initiate outbound calls from within a call by reading telephone numbers from a CSV file. I managed to utilize outbound.exe by extracting only a single phone number but what I want is for it to read a list of numbers, possibly in range of 1000s and add that to the outbound call with a OGM set to these numbers. Is there a way for me to do this? I'm willing to pay for someone who can programme a plugin for this if there's none available, or no ready made solutions. Please guys, I'm going crazy soon. I've been trying to play with Trixbox and other PBX, IVM system. and NCH IVM is the closest I can find. Yet I can't seem to be able to get this to work.
