I tried to record a video from my online course (JWplayer powered). When I played my recording back, the video was a kind of slow motion and the audio is out of sync and sound distorted. I tried all the support recommendations on the website but didn't work. I upgraded my Debut and then tried the above again, but no even little difference. It's really frustrating and chronic pain. Please advise, thanks
