  1. I have an update. I have been able to get transfer to work occasionally from an OGM when I set the hookflash time on the Synway driver software to 50ms. It will either transfer occasionally or the hookflash will be (correctly) 50ms which will not be long enough or it will hangup (hookflash too long). There appears to be an issue associated with transfers from OGM's - I'm wondering if it might be a system resource that OGM's use - compatibility issue (like a sound card). Can anyone add anything?
  2. Try dialling ! before the number. You can also use the transfer function. All is explained in the manual.
  3. I cannot get hookflash call transfer from an OGM working on IVM. I am using a Synway 4 port USB Telephony Board (purchased from NCH) and connecting them to analogue ports on a PABX. What I have found so far: - The TAPI board has been configured with all the defaults and is running driver version ShCti4.7.3.1pci. - IVM recieves inbound and makes outbound calls OK. - When I try to tansfer (blind or answer supervised) a call using software it dials the "!" then hangs up without dialing the transfer number. I have tried putting pauses "," but same result. - the port will no longer be able to dial out and if no action is taken, the OS will experience a 'stop error' and reboot within an hour. - When using the hardware option for blind transfer, it shows in the log "hardware transfer to:(number)" then just hangs and locks up the port which cannot accept inbound calls or dial outbound. The only way to release port is to close IVM and restart - upon restart, the OS experiences 'stop error' and reboots! - I have tested hookflash transfer using analogue phone on one of the IVM ports and it works fine. - I have adjusted the upper limit of hookflash on pabx to 1000ms and lower limit to 100ms (the TAPI board hookflash appears to be 500ms). - I have tried using the 'conference' option, I have have tried adjusting the hookflash interval in the driver. But all unsuccesful. - I have run call traces (all above scenarios) in the PABX and have not once seen a succesful hookflash. The only successful hookflash I have been able to perform is when I initiate an outbound call (first number),,,,,,!,,,,,(another number) which will call the first number, wait a while, perform a succesful hookflash then transfer the call to the second number. The pabx is configured to transfer upon hanging up. Has anyone experienced a similiar problem?
