Also the pages are not printing in order.

I am trying to enlarge an image from 2"x2" to 24 x24". Image quality is not that important but sizing is. I am printing on 9 - 8x11 sheets of paper. In poster print, Image layout is 3 x 3 and shows my 9 sheets of 8x11 paper with image appropriately placed. Image size is showing 24x24. But when I print, it only prints 2-3 of the pages and they don't match what was shown on the layout. How do I print all of the pages?
