I'm stuck on how to change ground levels for landscaping. We have a road in front of our house that is 5 feet above the ground level of the house. There is an embankment that goes from 30 feet in front of the house up to the road. I can't find anywhere where i can change ground levels for landscaping purposes. Another example would be if we wanted to put a 3 foot 'berm' around our backyard. I don't see how to make the land 3 feet higher in that area.
