I am putting together a video of piano pieces but i have several that when i save and export they have either no visual or have disappeared completely. any clues as to why??

Hi My new problem today is that when exporting i get to 99.5% complete and then everything stops.......any clues? v8.67. I managed to export successfully to youtube but not mp4 or avi. When I'm "building " a sequence everytime i change something the light blue line goes across the screen as it gets processed but what is the grey line doing? it only seems to appear if i look at the video in full screen mode then the grey follows the light blue.

I have just updated and there it all is !!!!! Thank you

Ok so today I am putting together a clarinet part with piano accomp but after saving then closing and returning I have no piano sound..... so I'm going to try to send it to you

Thanks I will try this when i have the problem next time - sadly I had a "temper tantrum" and deleted the last offending project. I'm just worried as i will be doing a project with 16 singers and really dont want it to happen yet again ! Previously one of my alto voices was replaced by a clarinet other times i just have no sound tracks at all...it is bizarre.

When I open a previously saved videopad project I often find that the audio has disappeared! so distressing...any help??
