    No we are using Vista Home Premium x86. I have been reading about Vista locking up on other users but we have not had that problem. If users account has a password you will come into work in the morning to a login screen after MS updates but that was easy to fix. We still get a message now and then winding up in the default mailbox and can't figure that one out.
  2. Starts at about 13.50.38 hit 6 to go into Rory's mailbox and message went into default mailbox. The email address used for IF anything goes into default is woods email.   3. We are getting voicemails in the default mailbox from callers. Question is how is this happening? 1 - 7 is Go to OGM 8 is no response 9 is repeat OGM 0 is hang up * access mailbox controls # is No Response We have tried calling in a hitting buttons but cannot figure out how to make a voicemail end up in the default but yet callers are occasionally leaving one in there. No a real problem for us we are just curious. IVM 4.03 on Vista Home Premium
  4. OK simple mistake one can make. We use pop.earthlink.net setting for incoming and smtpauth.earthlink.net for email outgoing settings. Once we used the pop setting for IVM instead of the smtpauth setting that error message went away and we are now sending voicemail messages out to employee email accounts and no more pink message slips. Version 4.02 IVM on Vista Mail using Vista Home Premium. Multi Tech modem and HP Pavilion pc. Once I got that working we registered the program and everything seems to be working fine now.

    Cannot test caller ID we don't have that option on our work lines. Currently cannot get email to work again. Giving error. I think I can get this figured out. Program still needs to capture email settings when you do a save program as IVR Program File function. Using vista mail / windows mail whatever you want to call it. Cannot get this setting to work either--> Under settings/general Service Settings Run on this account. I cannot type anything in there that the IVM will accept. I know my logon name and password and I am setup as administrator.

    Be careful these modems come with or without VOICE. Yup I screwed up and ordered the wrong one.

    Thanks I will give it a try. Also waiting for a Multi-Tech modem to come in. There is a post from a person that says it should work with Vista. No we do not hear the OGM coming thru the speakers during a call in. Only hear the OGM when using the simulator.

    Had IVM working on XP Pro, AOpen FM56=SVV modem. Bought new HP Pavlion pc and put in same AOpen modem. New OS is Vista Home Premium. Modem answers incoming call but caller hears nothing. Simulator works. Modem driver is correct. Is it Vista and the modem or the config file we used from the XP Pro system? Boss wants it working and we are ready to buy software. Makes me wish I had stuck to the old pc instead of asking for a new HP pc. No AOpen drivers for Vista on AOpen site, but not sure that is the problem.
  13. Email is working now, I see what they mean about default now. Cannot get email settings to save when trying to save program settings to file.
  14. Anthing new on this? I can see it send to the email address but the people are not getting the emails. Version 4.02 Windows XP MS Outlook XP
