Right now the only fix is to install the current version, which uses a different database because FreeDB server does not continue as a provider.

Some formats are not supported in the free version and it has limited features.

To register the software you will need to click on File and register software, you can also try to uninstall and reinstall the software, if that does not work, I will advise to contact technical support
