I have been using videopad 7.11 purchased prog for some time but recently it became unusable as a result I upgraded to 8.45 and am finding it most unreliable today I cannot save to video it starts the process and then crashes this has happened 6 time while trying it has auto save but that is no help because the same thing happens if you try to save again I've deleted and reloaded VP 8.45 it makes no difference can any body indicate why this is happening also is there an e-mail address for NCH videopad as I intend claiming back the upgrade charge £22.00 I will then look for an alternative program. pity because when it works it does all I want it to do video with titles and save to video
