Is there a way to trim silences, find a location in the sound file, and then return to the original (un-trimmed) file and find that location? I've tried adding Bookmarks, but once you undo the trim silences the bookmarks are undone as well. Is there a way to maybe clip that soundbite and search or locate it in the larger file easily? Context: I comb through hours of audio for certain sounds. It would be good to be able to trim the silences, find the sounds, and then return to their original location to hear them in the the context of their original location. Any advice?
