yes it does show up in the top left bin and when I drag it to sequence it still won't play.

It is version 8.35 and the source clip is Mp4.

I just started using VideoPad and every time I include a video file, it would only play the audio while leaving the screen blank. I'm hoping that I can get some help cause I'm still new to this and its frustrating that I can't even start editing. EDIT: the video file is Mp4 and my VideoPad version is 8.35.
