I type in my registration code to register videopad and after closing it, it says to register again even though I put in the code already. can anybody help fix this because it is now bugging me to say register again and it was still unlicensed after closing it.

I used the latest version of videopad and never got any exporting problems until this appeared and got stuck at 66.5% and I need help exporting it. My export settings are 1920 X 1080 and at constant 60FPS and I need help doing that because it got stuck.
