Ruth Chapman

Hello I am new to this forum as of today so I do apologise if this has been discussed previously. I am using Express Scribe just purchased in conjunction with Genie. I can not seem to type in my Genie letter once I have chosen the dictation in EScribe. What am I doing wrong please?
