Cripsy

Hi, I have been using the product (paid) for the last 2 or so years. In the last 3 days my videos have not exported with audio, I have never had this problem before. I have updated to the new version and still not having any luck. Audio works as normal in preview but upon exporting it's totally mute. I have included an Image of my videopad here and an image of my export settings here Please help. James.
