i submitted a support request yesterday but no reply so far. I will try an uninstall an reinstall see if that works. I will use the above link to the free version. Will give it a go and get back to you all. Dang still not working, making me wonder if it my bitfender firewall... it shows that it is allowing access but have a feeling it is blocking it.

Okay so I have not purchased yet because I wanted to try it out first. Actually this was the deciding factor just wanted to make sure I could get to the audio content before I purchased. So my question is if the audio content is not available on the trial before you buy version?

so far i like videopad but for some reason I keep getting an error when I try to add stock sound saying it cant connect to the internet. I have allowed it in my firewall (using bitfender) but to no avail still wont get sound folder.
