First I am not familiar with this program but I am trying to figure it out. I am on what appears to be an endless journey to find a program that will lower the size of my pictures or short video's so i can either email them or send in a text. It is extremely frustrating to have a simple picture that will not send in an email because the email program says it is too large. Or a one minute video i have to cut in 4 sections to send. at this point this is all i need to know how to do. Could someone tell me if this program does this and if not, which program do i need. Thank you
