  1. Same Issue Not using VOIP and End-Of-Call Detection is enabled. Could it be some setting in the snyway 4port usb?
  2. I am having similar issues. When I disconnect the lines from the Synway box, only then are the calls "disconnected". Otherwise, there is the operator speaking nonstop stating the phone is off the hook etc. Help
  3. Hello, to all viewers : thank you for your time and help. I am a rookie at this. Any suggestions and help or links to information is appreciated. Configuration: 4 Landlines via Verizon 1 Synway 4B/USB 4 ATT 944 Phones 1 PC WinXP running IVM Answering Attendant When Line 1 busy, call rolls over to Line 2, if Line 2 Busy , call rolls over to Line 3, etc Goal: Let IVM or other software answer the call, navigate the caller through menus and eventually place the caller on hold. From there, I'd like the call sent to the phones (via the extensions programmed on the phones?). If no immediate answer, let IVM or other software say all operators are busy at the moment, please continue to hold etc etc. Also, when our offices are closed, I'd like a specific message to play but I have an understanding of how to do that. Am I using the right equipment/software? How do I go about configuring everything? Again, any help or comments are appreciated. Thanks, God Bless.
